The U.S.A has a consumer protection law. The Consumer Protection Act contains a list of goods that are of adequate quality and cannot be exchanged or returned. Regardless of the reason, sports medicine products are excluded from exchange and refund.

In all online pharmacies and brick-and-mortar pharmacies, all preparations, regardless of their origin and intended use, are excluded from exchange. However, our company is willing to make exceptions to meet the needs of the customer and, if necessary, exchange a product if the packaging is undamaged.
