When an order is placed from the U.S.A, our managers process it within 1-2 days.

After our managers have processed the order, they send the customer an invoice for payment. After payment, the customer must present the deposit slip, which indicates the date, amount of the transfer, and the account number to which the money was transferred. Our managers need this slip to identify the customer more quickly. The sooner we see your payment, the sooner the order will be picked up and the package shipped to the U.S.A. Once payment is received, orders will be shipped within 4-10 days. After the package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order.

If the customer receives a damaged package, they must take a photo and send it to our managers within 5 days of receipt. To resolve this situation, we are prepared to offer the customer an individual discount on their next order.

When will I receive a refund for a sports medicine product?

A refund is possible if the buyer cancels the order before the package has been packed. Please note that if the customer does not receive their order, a refund will only be issued if the package is returned to our office and does not reach its destination.

Shipping costs for sports medicine to the U.S.A:

  • If the order value is between €0 and €149, the shipping cost is €35;
  • If the order value is between €150 and €299, the shipping cost is €20;
  • If the total order value exceeds €300, delivery is free (covered by our store).

Please note that sports medicine products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. If professional advice is required, our specialists are available to help you select the right products.

Important! Our online sports pharmacology store reserves the right to replace a product with a similar one containing the same active ingredient but from a different manufacturer, only if the original item is no longer in stock.

Thank you for your understanding! In most cases, you will receive a higher quality and more expensive product as a replacement for your order.

If your order could not be delivered due to our fault, we can either refund your payment at our expense or resend your order with a 15% discount on your next purchase.

If your order was not received due to reasons beyond our control (incorrect address, not picked up on time, order refused, etc.), you will need to pay the shipping costs again so we can resend it.

Refunds are not possible for medicines, as they are not subject to the right of return by law.
