SHIPPING/DELIVERY

RIGHT OF RETURN

Case 1: Return due to incorrect or incomplete information

All goods purchased from gearhouston.com can be returned and refunded, provided that you inform us of your intention to return them within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. In addition, the following conditions must be met:

Conditions for the right of withdrawal

  • The goods must be returned in the same box in which they were delivered to ensure their safety during transport. If such a box is not available, it is the customer's responsibility to return the goods in secure packaging so that they arrive in one piece at our warehouse. The returned goods must be unused and in their original condition, i.e. with all original packaging, instructions, and accessories intact.
  • The amount paid for the item(s) will be refunded. Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery returns under any circumstances.
  • Returns of goods purchased as part of a sale cannot be processed.
  • Food items can only be returned if the packaging has not been opened.
  • Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and that have been opened after delivery cannot be returned.
  • Masks cannot be returned for health and/or hygiene reasons.
  • Accessories delivered in addition to the main products cannot be returned.
